After hours:

You may call the office telephone number and follow the instructions, or contact your local hospital:

Memorial Medical Center in Ludington: 231.843.2591
West Shore Hospital in Manistee: 231.398.1000
Hackley Lakeshore Hospital in Shelby: 231.861.2156

The hospital operator will take your name and number and page the doctor on call, who will respond within 30 minutes. On occasion, a member of our nursing staff may screen calls for the doctor on call.

After hours, please consider

  • Is the problem related to your cancer diagnosis or treatment? If it is not related, please contact your primary care physician.
  • Do you have a nurse from a home healthcare agency or hospice who might be able to address your concerns? If so, please contact them first, and follow their advice. We are happy to respond to any problem you may experience, whatever time of day or night.
